dc.description.abstractThis article is devoted to the characterization of the second eigenvalue of nonlinear eigenvalue problems. We propose an abstract approach which allows to treat nonsmooth quasilinear problems and also to recover, in a unified way, previous results concerning the p-Laplacian.
