This study will examine the popular sports video game NBA 2K by breaking down the theoretical perspective, the circuit of culture, and how it exists within this video game. Culture can be embedded within basketball, video games, gender, and race. Each moment represented will give detail to the video game and what it means for the intersection of 2K and culture.
