Association of Mexican American Educators Journal, 10(3), pp. 11–29.https://hdl.handle.net/10877/8601This study utilized testimonio as method to unearth the voices of four Latina school leaders from the southern region of the U.S. to shed light on their experiences, including triumphs and struggles, in navigating their career trajectories. The testimonios revealed distinctions as well as commonalities among the Latina administrators related to how they drew on their experiential knowledge and various forms of cultural capital in the process of their leadership development and roles.
