Texas State University-San Marcos, San Marcos, Texas.https://hdl.handle.net/10877/12775The recent shift in HIV/AIDS incidence due to underreporting requires a shift in the way the disease is monitored and funding is analyzed, evaluated and allocated in order to acquire an economic advantage over the epidemic at the federal, state and local levels. This project will investigate the relationships between demographic morbidity cases and funding of HIV/AIDS in the state of Texas during the years 2002 - 2006. Mode of exposure will be stressed in this study.
