The following thesis includes a series of short essays detailing a lifelong struggle with resistance, as it is referred to in Steven Pressfield's War of Art. When I addressed the issue of resistance, I noticed it was most present in my journey to developing my identity. By identifying the seductive, yet detrimental forces of resistance, I can shed the limitations I have placed on myself and be happier for it.
