Abstract
Learn the basic methodology of Project Management from a certified Project Management Professional®. Attendees will learn to author a "business case", understand the "project charter" process, sketch out a basic "work breakdown structure" for project scheduling, understand IT PPS 4.10: IT Division Project Management, and locate and use project management templates.
